My 4 week programme begins with a individual consultation which allows for us to understand your goals and lifestyle. From there we can start a plan to achieve those goals, to become fat adapted and, on the road, to better health.
Regular contact once a week and group membership on Facebook will include meal plans, recipes, and the knowledge aimed at putting nutritional power under your control. Covering not just food we will also study sleep, movement, understanding calories, hormones, fasting protocols, and topics tailored specifically for you. These are all improvements that will guide you to a healthier lifestyle.
